Joining our rewards program is simple. You'll spot a green Rewards button in the bottom right corner of the website - click this, and you can then sign up to start earning points. Once you have signed up, you’ll get 200 points added to your account right away! Each time you come back, make sure you log-in to track your progress and to redeem your points and rewards against your purchases.

How do I earn points?
As a member of our pack, you'll earn points for every purchase you make through fourflax.co.nz. The more you shop, the more rewards you can receive!

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, and when you reach 100 points you will receive a $5 off reward.
How do I check my points balance?
When you're logged into the website, you can click the green Rewards button in the bottom right corner of the page. This will show a pop-up with your points balance at the top and any rewards you have available.
How do I redeem my points?
Click the green Rewards button in the bottom right corner of the page and sign in. This pop-up will then show your points balance and any rewards you have available. Click onto 'Your Rewards' at the top, and follow the steps to show a discount code for your next order. Simply copy and paste this code into the Discount Code box at the checkout to redeem your coupon.
