How do I join?
Joining our rewards program is simple! If you have an account with us already from a previous purchase, you’re already a member of our rewards scheme. If not, sign up with your email when you next make a purchase. You’ll get 200 points just for becoming a member! Each time you come back, make sure you log-in to track your progress and to redeem your points and rewards against your purchases.
How do I earn points?
As a member, you'll earn points for every purchase you make through fourflax.co.nz. The more you shop, the more rewards you can receive! Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, and when you reach 100 points you will receive a $5 off reward.
You can also earn a further 100 points for sharing your love of our products and leaving a product review - 14 days after your purchase we will drop you an email to check in and make sure you're happy with everything, and from here you can click the link to leave a review, and the 100 points will be automatically added onto your account!
How do I check my balance?
To check your points balance, click here to be directed to My Account and scroll down to the Loyalty Points section.

Once you're ready to check out, you should see your points balance in the shopping cart and a button 'Pay with Points'. You can use as many rewards as your points balance permits.

I have left a review but I can't see the points on my account?
You will only receive reward points for reviews completed via the email we send you 14 days after your purchase. Our system is set up this way to ensure people can only leave reviews for products they have actually purchased, tried and tested.
